As a finance professional with over 25 years of experience in financial and management roles in international organizations, Matt has deep insights into how leadership decisions are translated into tangible results that impact the operational, financial and leadership performance of an organization.
As an Executive Coach, Matt focuses on accelerating leadership growth for individual executives and management teams in organizations undergoing massive change: either innovation-driven, high-growth entrepreneurial organizations, or multinational companies undertaking major business transformation and change management programs. Such organizational change includes: transitioning to Agile ways of working; business expansion through mergers and acquisitions (M&A); restructuring and company turnaround; and offshoring and outsourcing operations.

His coaching clients typically hold senior positions within the Financial Services industry and technology-driven organizations.

How We Communicate
Executive Coaching, either face-to-face in-person, or virtually via ZOOM.
Some clients prefer face-to-face coaching. However, many find that remote coaching from the comfort and privacy of their office or home to be extremely convenient and as effective as face-to-face coaching.
